This coaching, and the coaching you do Maree White goes is beyond anything I could have ever conceptualise

I guess I never really recognised that the  blocker for me in various areas of my life is a sense of not being adequate or good enough.

This work  made me see how I was thinking didn't serve me in many aspects.

To recognise that everything is a circumstance. And we create the way we think and feel about it!!  For me, that is the concept that has fundamentally changed all the areas of my life. This work has given me empowerment. It's a fundamental change with life long skills

Maree is highly skilled at creating spaces for women that prioritise beauty, pleasure and joy.

The wisdom in this is clear; if we value ourselves and truly believe in our own inherent worthiness, what positive changes would we make to live in alignment with this truth?

I left her workshop with clarity about what areas of my life were feeling stagnant and tools I could use to clear away the blocks that are stopping me from moving forward into a greater sense of well being and aliveness. 

It's been a great transition and empowering for me to go from my own psychologist to my own life coach!

I had no real idea what a life coach was, so I went in with no expectation other than self empowerment and grow as a woman.

Maree, has been able to "coach" me through what has been a very turbulent time in my life and I've come out the other side of it with many new skills, feeling more independent and aligned with who I am as a person and what I do and don't want in my second 1/2 of my life.

I can highly recommend Maree and know that I might have got through all the things I have without her BUT, I'd be tattered , torn and beat up, with Maree's help I've gone through a lot, and I  feel stronger and happier than I was before I started down this path of empowerment, and personal growth.

I know so much more about myself, and I can now take full responsibility for all my actions both personally and in business. Life is good with Maree in my corner.
